Southern Lakes Safaris is owned by guide Ewan Black and based at Lake Hawea. Tahr and chamois are hunted on remote public land reached by air, under the company's own government concession. Red stag and fallow are hunted on private ranches, with both estate and free-range stag hunts on offer.
